Sintafoam Diary is a solo exhibition nourished by encounters of different trades who have in common the production of simulacra. “Sintafoam” refers to a resin prized in the toy industry for its ability to imitate other materials. The installation is an outcome of my visit in a special effect company, interviews with a food stylist and a simulated wood flooring manufacturer as well as an amusement park sculpture company.
